Hours of Operation
Our general hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.(CST). However, we're available most anytime for your convenience. If you're planning to stop in and visit our shop, please call ahead to confirm that we will be available for your visit due to the chance that we may be out at the time of your trip to Wirth's Custom Automotive.

Remember, our secure, online ordering service and our fax machine never sleep!

Payment Options
Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Make sure to enter your complete name as it appears on the card, the account number and expiration date when ordering.


When paying with credit card, including online orders, Wirth's Custom Automotive does not transfer funds from your credit card account until we have physically verified your order and ensure items are in stock and prepared to ship. In the case of online orders, at the time you place your order online, we only verify that funds are available(pre-authorization) based on the payment information you have provided. Until we complete the payment process, your credit card's issuing bank may show the charge as 'pending'. Only when we have confirmed that your order is ready to ship will we complete the payment process and retrieve payment for your order.

Money Order or Certified Check
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. Please do not send cash. Money Order or Certified Check payments are only available for orders placed via phone or mail.

Order Status & Tracking
Please keep your order number. You will need it in the event you wish to check the status of your order.
Currently, we do not offer online order status and tracking from our web site, but we can provide order status anytime and for orders shipped UPS, we can provide tracking information. Contact Wirth's at 618-284-3359 or email us at

International Orders
We use the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE as our primary method of shipping Internationally. If you have questions or require special shipping arrangements, you may contact Wirth's Custom Automotive at: 618-284-3359 or email service @ wirthscustomauto.com.

The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes, etc. associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.

Back Order Policy
At Wirth's Custom Automotive, we pride ourselves on our well stocked inventory, however on occasion a backorder situation may occur. In such events, we will make every effort to contact you with a solution and an expected date on which your backorder can be fulfilled. We will not charge for payment for backordered items or orders that include backorder items without prior communication and consent from you, our customer. If a backordered item is part of a larger order that otherwise is ready to ship, with your approval, we can ship the in-stock items and we'll pay the shipping on the backordered item upon first availability. You can at anytime request that your backordered item be canceled. It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your entire order, every time. Returns and Exchanges
In the event you wish to return or exchange a received item, please call Wirth's at 618-284-3359 or email us at service @ wirthscustomauto.com to receive a Return of Goods Authorization number in order for us to expedite your refund or exchange.

All sales are final unless assigned a Return of Goods Authorization number within 30 days of invoice. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer must pay return shipping. All returned items must be accompanied by copy of receipt, original packaging, unaltered and show no signs of use or modifications. We do not offer cash refunds. We do not accept returns after 30 days of invoice.

Damaged Items
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. We are not responsible for orders damaged during shipment. Immediately notify the shipping carrier in the event of damage. Claims must be filed with the appropriate carrier for your compensation.
Liability
Neither manufacturer nor seller shall be liable, in any way, for any damage, loss, and injury or other claims, resulting from the misuse of failure of any of our products. Buyer or user assumes all liability of any kind connected with the application of our products. The foregoing is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Manufacturer and seller's single obligation shall be to replace those parts sold that prove defective in their operation.
Pricing, Photography & Text
The prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars. Wirth's Custom Automotive reserves the right to change prices without notice. Changes or errors in pricing, photography and text are subject to correction and may change without notice. We strive to portray our products as accurately as possible. Image colors and detail may vary slightly among monitors, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your monitor's display.
